It is for that reason that this first blog post will say nothing. I'm not going to claim any moral high ground, I'm simply not going to say a thing. I'm going to leave a blank canvas. We did a little drag racing last evening......had some fun. I haven't gone to the track in 20 years so I was rusty off the line. Here are a few pictures to share. Click on the READ MORE link to see the video. 30 JUNE Wed July 7th Working on simple non modified dial-ins. We gained .1 seconds. doing 12.4's now. 0 to 60 in 4.3. Playing with a cheapo mod by putting reistance to the intake temp sensor. That tricks the engine into thinking the outside air is colder and gives more fuel. I also need to get more top end power. I think I shall call it "virtual chilling". We are putting on a venturied 87 mm tb, and we have sealed off the ill designed shaker CAI from hot engine compartment air with a simple plastic formed plate push pinned under the hood. We are now at 12.4 and 4.2 0 to 60. We are putting on MT et s/s radials today and will try to improve the 60' time of about 1.9. The stock tires seem to be a brick wall. BTW...we are gett
